Weekend Finds

Hi everyone! Hope you all had a lovely weekend! I must say I tried to just take it easy this weekend since this past week not only did  get back from my amazing vacation but I also came back with a cold (booooooo). Though no matter how hard I tried I did end up at my local outlet mall, I am actually lucky enough to live right next to one of the largest outlet malls in the country and a top tourist destination! Anyways I found myself at Nordstrom Rack and really scored some amazing finds, as much as I love high fashion I also love the thrill of a good find and that is exactly what you get at Nordstrom Rack.

I picked up some great simple tops that I think will look great for spring by the company Soprano. It was incredibly hard not to buy them all but I finally picked two (with the help of my mom) that I thought would be not only great additions for the new season but awesome for the hot and humid weather in south florida (similar here). They are incredibly light and airy which will be great for those rare days where there is more then a hot breeze.

And like any shopping trip how can one not scope out the shoe section, and if you have ever been to Nordstrom Rack then you know that its pretty much a gold mine! I try to find pieces that I can use a lot, as much as I love fun a crazy shoes when I am here I know that I am going to find a shoe that not only is great quality but it’s going to last me a long time. But with all of that in my head it all flew out the window the second I saw these Kate Spade for Keds sneakers(similar here, and here )! I have eyed these babies since they teamed up but never pulled the trigger (and I’m glad I waited, I got such an amazing deal). I love polka dots, I even have a pair on converse with them too so how could I pass up these girly and beautiful shoes. With crisp white and navy they are great for spring and in trend with the navy obsession of the moment.

On my way to the register I also snagged this two pack of simple belts that I was actually in need of! I was so excited that instead of having to buy two separate belts that some companies are pairing timeless and staple belts together. These simple and fun belts are from one of my all time favorite designers Betsey Johnson and as you can see from the picture there is a pop of leopard on the inside true to Betsey’s quirky and fun style. Also a fun little accent that you cant see in the photo are little black (similar here) stitched hearts that make even this timeless staple some spunk. Here is a link to a similar tan belt.

Hope you all enjoyed these fun little finds of mine and would love to see some of your favorite fashion steals and deals!

xoxo Jess
