Where I Have Been!

Hi everyone! Long time no talk, quite literally! I hope this post finds you all amazing and that this new year has been treating you as well as it can be! I feel like so much has been going on in my life since I last posted so I wanted to reconnect and catch up. In exciting news I finally got married to the love of my life in the most amazing and beautiful day that I ever could have imagined. Jared and I had been dating for 8 years up until that point and to finally be married is kind of surreal yet kind of the same haha! Unfortunately two weeks before our dream wedding my dad passed away after less then a year long battle with cancer. I have never experienced heartbreak so deeply in my life and navigating life after his passing has been challenging I won’t lie. I have always been a daddy’s girl and if any of you can relate to that then you can only imagine the profound canyon in my soul that is missing and forever sad. It has been a year now since his passing and I feel as if it has gone by in the blink of an eye and yet I don’t know how I have survived without him for even a day. In wake of that craziness of life Jared and I had to put off taking a honeymoon in order to try and regain our footing. However we had pulled the trigger and we were finally planning a trip to Europe for our honeymoon and were excited!! I have never been to Europe so this trip would have been a completely new and exciting adventure to me. However again life had other plans like Covid-19, and as a Registered Nurse my hospital basically went into all hands on deck mode! Essentially all the plans we had came to a screeching halt and giant pause sign for now. I have been slowly getting back into trying fun an exciting beauty and skincare products and less of a robotic approach to daily life. I am looking forward to getting back in the saddle so to speak and will continue to have fun posting on instagram and everything with you all!
