Weekend Fun

Hi everyone!! Hope you all had an amazing weekend and had the chance to do something simple wonderful! I have to say mine was a bit crazy to say the least. With my mom and brother going out of town and me trying to pack and get final items for my trip I felt like I really needed a moment to just relax and enjoy this beautiful weather we had here in south florida. But never the less throughout my many shopping trips this weekend I was able to snap a could of pictures to share with you all of things that made me smile of that I just thought were completely cute!

Saturday I literally spent the entire day running around trying to find cute little tanks and dresses for my up coming cruise and by upcoming I mean Monday! My planning has been off and all m shopping has been last minute thanks to school Ugh! Thankfully I was able to find a couple of cute things that I could not only wear for my tropical vacation but throughout the summer too.

Farmers Market

I was able to swing by the farmer market before my crazy mall marathon began and I must say going to the farmers market is something I really enjoy. I love all of the fresh produce and finding something new and healthy to try. And no trip to the farmers market is complete without some amazing treat for my furry little friend and a trip to the local honey tent. If you have a pet I really would encourage you to check out Happy Dog Bakery. I have been buying treats for my dog there for the longest time and some of their proceeds and products go to help shelter dogs.

ShoppingSaturday

I thought these little kinck knacks from bath and body were adorable, I love little bags in eye popping colors. And if you know me you will know my love for anything baking related and french so when I saw these little kitchen towels from their baking collection I melted. They are so fun and an easy way to bring some personality into your kitchen space.

Pauls

I stopped at one of my favorite little lunch spots for a bite to eat (shopping really does work up and appetite, I consider it exercise in my mind). Paul is this quaint little french bistro that serves some of the yummiest sandwiches, salads and even desserts. Though I didn’t get it this stop one of my all time favorite lunches is their Croque Monsieur…my mouth is watering just thinking about it. However this time I decided on a simple grilled chicken club YUMMY!!! Also true to my nature I had to get a sweet treat and splurged on a nutella doughnut that my cousin introduced me to, Nutella+ Doughnut= Perfection in my mind. Fear not though I did share it with my boyfriend , though to be honest I easily could have eaten it all myself  hehe =).

Sunday is supposed to be the day and rest and I usually so just that expect I had to of course get last minute cruise items. Lucky for me though I got most of the little things I needed shampoo, conditioner that kind of stuff. I seriously have such an amazing guy, he was with me all day, didn’t mind me dragging him to every store I could think of and he treated me to such an amazing lunch and the bistro inside Nordstrom. If any of you haven’t been then all I can say is GO NOW!!!!! I hope the urgent capitals got my point across as to just how amazing this spot is. We both shared a french onion soup and a prime rib sandwich ( I am honestly such a foodie at heart).

All in all I can not wait to just be sipping on my fruity umbrella drink and soaking up some sun because all this running around has me exhausted! I hope that all of you enjoyed some you time and cant wait to catch up with all of you when I get back!

xoxo Jess
